HCS Control Systems has the capability to weld any product within the HCS portfolio or customers equipment outside the HCS portfolio. This could include work to be carried out from within subsea structures, Xmas Trees to subsea terminations on umbilical assemblies.

HCS Control Systems has a vast amount of experience within the oil and gas industry, specifically within the installation and welding of controls and chemical injection tubing on subsea installations by means of utilizing the orbital welding process.

This has allowed HCS to build an extensive library of pre-qualified welding procedures to cover a range of materials and sizes.
